"Das doch etwas ältere Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, und punktet vor allem durch die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge. Bergtouren kann man direkt von der Haustüre aus starten, zum See benötigt man doch fast das Auto, außer trainierte Radfahrer schaffen die Steigung auch mit dem Rad. Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte es etwas ungemütlich werden. Besonders beliebt ist der Attersee bei den Tauchern!"

"The apartment is in a great location, a nice distance from the crowds down on the lake. Everything was clean, comfortable, and functional. Maria flagged us down as we were trying to find the home and made sure we had what we needed for the stay. The views from the back deck over the rolling hills and mountains are terrific. I would recommend this apartment for anyone vacationing in the area that wants a little peace and quiet in a comfortable place."

"Die Wohnung Nr. 6, ist großzügig geschnitten. Hat ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC und einen großen Balkon. Man hat eine super Aussicht. Fernseher funktioniert. In der Küche findet man alles, bis auf einen Toaster. Der Vermieter sorgt auch für den Brötchen - Service. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen. Sie ist ideal gelegen."

"Meine Mutter und ich machten eine Autoreise von Berlin nach Dubrovnik. Unser erster Stopp für zwei Nächte war der Attersee und die gemütliche und rustikale Unterkunft Haus Gertraud Brand. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Traumhafte Ausblick auf den Attersee und der große Balkon. Frau Brand war sehr höflich, nett und zuverlässig. Wir kommen gern wieder. Gern auch länger! Dankeschön!"

"Wir waren begeistert von diesem wundervollen eingerichteten Apartment mit Terrasse, sauber, komfortabel. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Badeteich ist sehr schön angelegt mit Blick auf die Berge. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude, es gibt eine riesige Spielwiese und die Hoftiere machten den Urlaub perfekt. Lieben Dank an unsere Vermieter Katrin und Andreas, sie waren wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Attersee und die Sonnenuntergänge haben wir genossen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit über der Straße war sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. "Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, man wird vom Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, Fahrradtouren sind direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, Wiesen, Berge und Seen. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen."

"A very pleasant location, calm and quiet, with an easy access to the Attersee Lake and other points of interest in the area. The room itself very big, clean and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of the lake. The hosts very nice and helpful people, every time trying to help with points of interest from the region. "An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there.
