"We were a family of four traveling to Austria for the first time. Not wanting to stay in a busy city, we picked Seefeld for its close proximity to Innsbruck. We were not disappointed. Seefeld was just the place, as well as Haus Excelsior 37B! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hope we can return this winter to enjoy the skiing!"

"Pros: Voller Vorfreude reisten wir an und wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon war grandios: freier Blick auf die Berge und einen Bach, dessen Plätschern einen träumen lässt. Auch zwischendurch war die Vermieterin jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und gab uns auch Ausflugstipps. Der Brötchenservice hat ebenfalls hervorragend geklappt. Für alle, die mit Hund anreisen: ein kleiner Gassiweg beginnt direkt gegenüber...

"We had a lovely week and the place is a must see. We were made very welcome and the flat matched the description in the advert, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lovely views of the mountains. The downside is that the wifi doesn't work very well in the living room and not at all on the terrace. Centrally located in the town, close to restaurants and shops. An ideal starting point for a multitude of excursions: mountains, lakes, castles. In short, we are delighted with our choice. "

"We loved our stay. It had a feel of better times, with kids playing together in a safe space, plenty of space for adults to hang nearby with good food and drinks. I loved the room which was very clean and had a retro style. So much space too! Don’t forget to pack your bathing suits. We didn’t and we’re disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy the indoor pool. The dinner buffet, and breakfast buffet were both very good. "

"The hotel was a great place to stay - it filled our needs and was a good value , clean and had a great staff . It is family run and a great find . Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . The owner / manager is a great host ( Andreas ) - highly recommend "

"Stayed in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with a large balcony—perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, right on the fringe of the town center, with restaurants, shops, and two supermarkets within easy walking distance. Seefeld is a charming, peaceful town, and this stay made it even more enjoyable."

"The hotel is amazingly full of historical elements. The warm hospitality from the owners and staff was amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable with robes to use in the SPA. Breakfast every morning was an array of all foods to please. I especially enjoyed an evening where we dined on homemade soup Marianne made. We were 100% pleased and would highly recommend for a stay. Ski/Spa in Germany hidden gem

"Just came down for one night but enjoyed the spa facilities. Buffet dinner was good for the money and hotel was very pleasant with modern decor styling. Bring your rubber pool slides as quite expensive to buy from hotel shop on a Sunday if you forget them !I would like to come back to stay on a ski holiday. Very friendly people in town and had a great time going up the Zugspitze . "
