"Pros: Die obere Etage ist im Grunde eine zweite Wohnung (ohne Küche), die sich somit sehr gut für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub von Freunden oder mit größeren Kindern eignet. Von dort hat man einen schönen Blick Richtung Wasser. Die Wohnung (Küche und Bad) sind gut ausgestattet. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und wurde mittags von meinen Eltern vorgenommen, da wir erst sehr spät anreisen konnten. Hier gab es eine kleine Führung über den Hof. "The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Ein ganz tolles Grundstück mit herrlichem Seeblick.Das Essen und Verweilen auf der großen Terrasse mit Markiese und Sonnenschirmenunübertroffen. In der Küche und sonst im Haus und Bootsschuppen alles was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche auserordentlich genossen und sine wehmütig nach Haus gefahren."

"Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."

"Staff were welcoming and worked efficiently; room was clean and much larger than MOST hotels I found in Zürich for much higher prices and which did not include breakfast like this hotel does! The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a custom, self-serve, espresso coffee machine included. They also had a HUGE selection including made to order omelettes, many breads & cheeses, hot & cold food, fresh fruits. Access to the spa next door which was unbelievable! Huge heated pool & jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and elaborate gym! Price was very reasonable especially compared to all the others which had lower ratings. The trains run to Winterthur often, from Zurich main and also the airport. Hotel is about 10min walk from train station. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!"
