Nice staff, but room was pretty worn and dirty

We had a nice time at Maki, and it is close to the boardwalk and lake. Quite far from the center. 10+ minutes to walk. The Irish Pub is close and was a nice place to eat and have a beer. However, the room was quite worn out and dirty. The chair had a big stain, the bathtub looked yellow and dirty. Some buttons where broken and one of the covers fell off when using it. We found sugar with mould in it in the kitchen. There was also some empty containers and in the cabinet. The staff was very friendly and did housekeeping while we where out with fresh linen and towels, so that was nice. There was no seaview! From the ad it looked like it would be, but this place is too far from the lake to have one. So all in all we where OK happy with the place, but would probably not book again because of the condition of the room.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux abords du lac d'Ohrid en séjournant à la villa Maki. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillant et disponibles. La chambre était assez confortable, avec un beau balcon une jolie salle de bain fonctionnelle et un bain à remous très agréable. Le lit était moyennement confortable mais assez cohérent vis-à-vis à toute les autres literies rencontrées dans le pays. La villa Maki est très bien située pour pouvoir profiter du lac et de la ville d'Ohrid, n'hésitez surtout pas à y séjourner.

Villan log mitt i smeten, nära till allt. Trevliga värdar, vi blev väl bemötta och de frågade hela tiden om allt var bra. Det var rent och de städade varje dag och bytte handdukar. Det ända negativa var att sängen var hård, men när vi sa detta sista dagen så sa de att de hade extra mjuka madrasser om vi hade nämt det. Men det är bra å veta för nästa par. Att fråga om detta om det behövs.

Şöyle yorum yapmak lazım: Beş yıldızlı bir otel değil hatta otel değil ama kendi sınıfında bence gayet başarılı. Artıları: 1. Odada minik bir mutfak ve bir kaç mutfak malzemeleri mevcut. Alış veriş yapıp kendiniz bir şeyler hazırlayıp ucuza yemek kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Buzdolabı kaliteli buzluğu bile mevcut. 2. Geniş bir balkonu var. Kullanışlı malzemeleri yeterli. 3. Oda her gün gayet güzel temizleniyor. Isterseniz havluları değiştirmek mümkün. 4. Odada ısıtıcı ve soğutucu sistem var ve gayet güzel çalışıyor. 5. Sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar. 6. Tesise ve odanıza kartla gece girebiliyorsunuz bina ve oda size ait. 7. Sıcak soğuk su gayet yeterli 8. Park yeri hele de böyle yoğun bir yerde sorunsuz. Arabaları yerleştirirken sorun yaşarsanız işletmeciler size yardım ediyor. 9. Fiyatı çok uygun. 10. Çok iyi bir yerde, her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Eksileri: 1. Yeterli priz yok 2. Yatak biraz rahatsız. Yastık yetersiz ve değiştirilmiyor. 3. Nevresimler ve havlular birinci sınıf değil. 4. Banyo küçük, ve duşa kabin su kaçırıyor. Otel değil ama kendi kulvarında bence gayet başarılı. Tatlı çalışanlara bir kez daha teşekkürler.

Amazing location, hotel and fantastic host

The hotel is in a very quiet road 20 mt from the lake, with possible parking and amazing rooms equipped with a small kitchen and also provided with a coffee pot, dishes and cutlery and a technologically advance shower. The hosting couple is extremely kind, sweet and gentle. The lady, even if breakfast was starting from 8.00 am, one hour before prepared coffee and cappuccino for us and the husband (for free !!!) in the evening took us to a restaurant far more than 2km by his own car. They speak perfect English. Really a very nice experience
