Got the private onsen bath which is clean and amazing, polite and friendly staff - always feel comfortable with the service, everything in the room is clean and neat, really good views, also buffet dinner is offered with a variety of delicious options, no convenience stores in walking distance but that isn't important compared to the experience."

"We enjoyed our stay at Ichinoyu a lot, room is very comfortable and newly renovated. The welcome drink and meals really showcase the hospitality of Japanese high standard. We felt being very well taken care of. Onsen environment is very peaceful, I spent the whole afternoon there looking at the trees and listening to birds sing. We had a great time and will definitely come back next time we are in Hakone."

"A beautiful hotel. We had a large and well appointed bedroom on 6th floor with a balcony overlooking the stunning green landscape with a spring water bath and swing chair. Staff can’t do enough and you feel very well looked after. Nice touches such as free drinks and ice cream. Wonderful onsen and Japanese garden. Very extensive breakfast buffet. It’s a large hotel and was very noisy when we arrived but was quiet and peaceful after that and had a wonderful air of calmness. Get very clear and detailed instructions from hotel on where to pick up shuttle bus from Gora station to hotel on arrival as this was very confusing from information given which needed to be much clearer. "

"아주 편안하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하고 편안하게 묵었습니다. 오후나는 한국분들이 거의 없는듯 했고, 호텔이 바로 역 근처라 주변에 식당과 마트, 드럭스토어 등 모든 것들이 잘 구비되어있습니다. 넥스를 타면 나리타에서 바로 직통으로 올 수 있으니 가마쿠라나 에노시마를 관광할 예정이라면 이동 및 편의면에서 강력하게 추천합니다. 도쿄중심부도 전철로 50분 정도고 요코하마도 가까워서 큰 불편함이 없었습니다. 다음에 또 묵을 예정입니다."
