"金額を確実に上回る2週間の快適なホテルライフでした。普通のホテルより広々としておりベッドも大きめでぐっすり休むことができました。 洗濯機、キッチン、フライパン、皿なども完備されて居るので住んでいる気分で滞在できました。駅からもすぐ近く周りにスーパー、百均、レストランも有ります。備品の追加もすぐに対応していただきました。難点としてはトイレや風呂のドアの開け締めに難点がある事とトイレが狭いことぐらいでした。"

"We are a family of 4 (two adults, one teenager, one child) and stayed at the unit for about a week. The location is outstanding: Otsuka is a nice and quiet neighbourhood, with a convenience store right at the corner, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and less than 10mn walk from the JR station. The unit itself is clean and is equipped with everything you'll need, but it's tiny, even for Tokyo standard, no thanks to the two beds in the living area. "This was the first place we stayed on our first visit to Japan. It's about 5 mins from the Komagome station which is part of the JR line. Checkin process was quick an painless (on your phone or on the tablet at the rental - in English or Japanese). The place was clean, and we enjoyed have coffee on the balcony and overlooked the nice town."

"The old lady who lives next door has a key and came into the unit while we were out doing sight seeing. I did notice that the candy jar was open one day. One day, the curtains in the bedroom were open even though I closed it, when I left. She may have come in every day after we left to check on it. When I asked her questions she did not respond to any of my questions saying that she did not speak English. We found a bundle of hair inside the drawer with spoons/folks. The sponges in the kitchen...

"Great hotel in the heart of Ikebukuro. It’s more quiet and loosely packed compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku if you’re into that. Stations for JR lines and other local trains are dotted all around the property. Service and staff are really helpful despite language barriers, although language barriers should be thin these days due to modern technology. If you manage to get a room up high you’ll have a nice view of the city. "
