"I enjoyed my stay here very much, clean rooms and facilities, great location for seeing some Asakusa sights at night, which beat the daytime in ambience! I also love that I was able to step out into seeing Asakusa before the crowds arrived, which felt very calming and felt more authentic to me. Most importantly, the staff are very wonderful and welcoming, as well as helpful! I checked-in late due to delays and they were very understanding, as well, I received help from staff for bringing luggage upstairs check-in and before check-out as well. They were very polite and courteous and I enjoyed chatting with them, especially at check-in. It was a complete contrast from my previous stay in Akasaka, and I’m so grateful that this was my last stay before flying home :)
One thing is that I had stayed in the same chain’s Kanazawa hotel recently and couldn’t help comparing them a bit, including the smaller rest areas after the onsen, but they also have massage chairs which the Kanazawa one doesn’t have. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!"
