"I arrived at the hotel at about 11pm at night only to be told my reservation was not confirmed. The Manager could not make any effort to contact Hotels.com to confirm my reservation. I was left unattended at the reception for close to an hour. I decided to pay another money to secure a room. It was a terrible experience."

"The most worsening experience have seen using hotels. The air conditioning is not working and bathroom isn't the right for the size of the room. Wi-Fi is not working. Also the hot water is not working. Very hopeless and terrible situation, the HEALTH AND SAFETY is Zero! Their advert is TOTAL DECEPTIVE to customers. Overall treatment is ZE4😭😭😭"
