"The room was comfortable but our door was barely on with at least a half inch gap around it. Twice people who were evidently not with the hotel shoved pizza ads under our door. We were foolish & ordered from one & it was a rather frightening experience. Also, the evening reception…. We expected more of what was had in Colorado but it was chips & salsa. "

"Great space for spending the night before a cruise. Rooms are small but that’s all you need for a night. Bed was comfortable. The pool are was perfect and loved the drinks. Friendly staff."

"The complementary breakfast was horrible sausages was hard , eggs was watery , it was flies flying all around the food. The manager for that area was not helpful. The waiter was very rude , got upset when we asked for more juice. My first room had a bug on the bed the room smelled like so much bleach and other chemicals. When we went downstairs to tell them about the room we came back up & one of the cleaning staff were in our room tried to act like it wasn’t a bug there but it was and I have a picture. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. They also have extra fees when you get there. Only good thing is you get your deposit back right away."

"This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location."

"A hidden gem! Very clean! Room spacious! Staff so sweet and kind! Breakfast was delicious! I can’t wait to return! I’d been staying at the embassy for double the cost. This place was perfect. Still haven’t received my deposit and it’s been a week. Not too happy about that tho"
