"Beautuful cottage and nice dock. The kitchen & guest bathroom rugs needed cleaning. Could not watch TV as the signal was always scrambled. The coffee pot needed cleaning from the previous occupant who also left the dishwasher full of dishes. They also left dirty grill tools on the grill. We did enjoy the quiet setting."

"We booked online. No indication in the advertising that the building had totally deteriorated. Some effort was being done for remodel, but, the outside of the building, looked like it was abandoned. I'm talking, large strips of siding peeling off the exterior. Grass growing in the cracks of the sidewalks. The restaurant had red signs posted on the door that it was uninhabitable. The pool/sauna was in a similar state. We had no hot water in the morning. One washcloth for 2 people. The mattress...
