I liked the hotel, it had a laundry for 100yen and free ice blocks and drinks. The staff spoke english and were vwry friendly. The hotel was eady to find from the train station and qas centrally located in town

Vety friendly, helpful staff. Free coffee and soft drinks 24/7. The free breakfast was a combination of about 10 different breads and pastories. Great location, about a 8 min walk from the station. Family Mart 2 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants close by. A very basic hotel, still using a key to enter the room. But very clean and homely feel. Would definately recommend it and would stay there again.

It is a good deal for how much you are paying. The building may be a little old, but the staff try to make up for it with their great service. They also offer free unlimited drinks and popsicles. Super close to the station and the shopping street.

A hotel with a retro look and decor, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive, helpful, and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The unlimited drinks and ice cream are a delightful bonus. The breakfast is somewhat unconventional but more than adequate. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the station, making it very practical. In conclusion, I have nothing negative to say about my stay—it was truly enjoyable.

An absolutely incredible stay, I'm going to leave a great Google review as well. As other reviews have mentioned, their amenities are out of this world. Free bread every morning, 24-hour drink machine, free body/face soap/cream/hot bath bombs/comb/slipper and everything else in between. The 10 yen chips and the 100 yen beers/water were frankly, incredible. I actually bought some of the hotel's own souvenirs as they were really cute. Then you have the staff who are just courteous, hard working, helpful and super friendly. The hotel is about 8 to 10 min on foot from Okayama station and right around there are tons of bars and restaurants. I see no reason to stay anywhere else if I'm back in Okayama again. Thank you for a most wonderful stay as I really needed a place to wind down during a hectic work trip.

I stayed 1 night in this hotel in Nov,2023 so comment is recent. Hotel room is not big but happy with a relative big desk so i could use it in the way to put all my shopping things and things i need. Hotel staffs are extremely nice and helpful from their heart and not a robotic service. I asked to staff for my way to the castle then i went out of the hotel already but one lady staff went out to chase me and give me some discount coupon for the castle and other sight see which i felt really touched. While unfortunately i had no chance to see her and said thank you again the next day i checked out. Hotel is in a good location and a lot of shopping and restaurant just nearby. Hotel is very generous to give free drink all day long and also generous giving bread for guest to pick as many as you want. While i suggested guest to pick up what you can eat and not to abuse this excellent offer from the hotel. I would definitely stay again next time with this hotel , highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised with the meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was within walking distance. Snacks in the lobby were nice and the hotel had a cute otter theme. Highly recommended.
