Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. The whole experience was wonderful. The pool, although cold was well used, followed by a dip in the hot tub. The little private pub was a hit, along with the games room. A beautiful venue for special ocasions. Comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and helpful hosts. Altogether amazing.
