"This was our third stay at Altstadt Apartments but first time in this large family apartment. It’s wonderfully bright, spacious and airy with a well equipped kitchen. It looks as good as in the photos. We would’ve liked a room number at the door to make it easier to locate our room especially when arriving late at night in the dark. The main bedroom is upstairs with a narrow stairway so that might be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. The main bed isn’t the most comfortable and the...

"The room was clean and what we expected. The price was reasonable for our two-night stay. The staff was helpful (1 in person, 1 via telephone). The location was excellent for us as we do our sightseeing via public transit. The code to our room would not work and after finally tracking down a good telephone number, we were told there was an issue with our original room and we had been given a different room. Overall, our stay was great until checkout. Although we had prepaid in full before arrival, I received an additional payment request through Expedia messaging. I contacted the host but didn't receive a response, so I reached out to Expedia. Expedia...
