The rooms are nothing like the pictures. I was told those are old pictures we need to update them. There was supposed to be a jetted bathtub in the room, there was no bathtub in the room at all. I got downgraded to a room that was supposed to have a jetted bathtub, it had a bathtub no Jets. There were ants and other bugs in the room. Could hardly get Door Number One open to get in the building first thing I saw was a register/heater ducts hanging half out of the wall. Overall not impressed!

My family and I enjoyed the amenities and overall experience during our stay. The pool and hot top were a great way to spend the morning with the grandkids after enjoying the complimentary breakfast (fresh warm waffles are always a special treat for us). Staff was friendly and provided all necessities such as regular room cleaning and fresh towels, pillows, etc. Location was idea if you want restaurants, coffee shops and shopping close by, a little noisy if you're a light sleeper.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was typical for included breakfast, workers were pleasant and helpful when I went looking for milk late one night. There was none in the little store so he got me a glass from the breakfast area. Only complaint is the blind in the room was not working but since we weren't there much it is not a big deal. I'm sure they'll fix it now that the room is empty.

The room was in decent condition, a few things seemed over looked - hair on the shower wall, trash cans missing liners. Etc. The biggest issue was the overall cleanliness of the hot tub. It was pretty gross.

The room was great. The staff was great. My only issue was the room is advertised as a jacuzzi suite. They do not have any rooms with a jacuzzi on site. It was disappointing to book a room for a private jacuzzi and then not have that. That was an expedia issue not the hotels. The hotel is not a fault for that.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. The room itself was pretty clean, although I did notice some minor things in the bathroom that could’ve been cleaned better. My only real complaint is the pool and hot tub area. The hot tub was very low on water (and had a lot of random fuzz from socks floating in it) and the pool obviously had not been skimmed or maintained properly. If the pool area would’ve been more cleanly it would’ve been a great stay. The staff was all very friendly though!

I have to say this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Everything was clean, smelled great, big pool, big room, and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was hot and they go out of their way for anything you need. Comfortable environment. Booked 2 rooms and couldn't be happier. The 8 teens I took loved it there. Will definitely book again. Extremely impressed.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and warm on a subzero night in Michigan. The young gentleman was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and went out of his way to find more hot chocolate as we sat with our friends in the lobby for several hours that evening. I wish I wrote down his name. The heating unit in our room 122 sounded a bit like a jet engine getting ready to take off. Not sure if it was because of the subzero temps but we were thankful for heat. I slept fine but my wife struggled a little with the sound. Overall very pleased though!
