I paid for breakfast for 2 via hotels.com but only one was giving by protea because of hotels.com notification on booked service to protea allegedly. Sort out the mess

Huge improvement after the last manger. Would lodge again or recommend to spouse. Didn't give 5 stars because people were loud in the hallway and workers need to stare less.

The property manager was so unprofessional. I told them i had a reservation through expedia, and i was told they could not find my reservation. I even asked to make a new one and they refuse, knowing that it was the middle of the night and i need somewhere to sleep after a long flight
