I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had a lot of construction, and I was a bit upset that there was nothing mentioned about the pool being closed when I booked, but the staff went above and beyond to assist me multiple times so I highly recommend this hotel.

優點： 1.備品跟早餐都很優質 吹風機、松露法式吐司 大螢幕平板電視、久米 島礦泉水、都屬優質！ 2.服務態度非常認真！ 詢問河豚餐廳、購買吹 風機、更改叫車時間都 能主動幫忙完善應對！ 3.原訂無窗房，飯店因 期間施工，特別為我們 升等有對外窗的街景房， 太晚回飯店遇到施工進行， 一樓人員全程關注我們的 腳步安全、並禮讓我們先搭電梯， 儘管施工有所不便、但真心感到備受禮遇！入住期間完全沒有被施工的聲音打擾到真不簡單 4.由於第三天早餐最後 才拿手卷的烤海苔，餐廳大姐竟能記得在隔天為我們安排在最靠近烤海苔的座位，還堆滿親切笑容特地來提醒我：今天歡迎盡情享用海苔！ 5.飯店一樓就有7-11超商 可惜只開7-23點⋯不是24小時！ 凌晨想吃熟食只能走到飯店外⋯ 缺點： 1.浴室玻璃門是透明的？ 床鋪和衛浴之間竟有兩道很重的拉門、很不方便！既尷尬又危險！建議浴室玻璃門內設羅馬簾等浴簾，讓浴室內洗澡的人可以控制，不然大人洗澡時孩子會故意玩鬧著拉開拉門很尷尬 2.我們住在四樓、每天 吃早餐都不可避免必須 搭那道很窄速度超快的 手扶梯！真的很危險！ 代表飯店到B1早餐餐廳 的升降梯數量明顯不足 3.免治馬桶隔間內空調 冷氣不夠涼爽、太悶熱 4.房間內的圓形茶几太 大太重佔空間、建議選 半徑縮減5-10公分的 在視覺上與實用上更優 5.牙刷與牙膏品質太粗糙 有失飯店的格局跟質感。
