"Not a good start to my stay became my room hadn't been serviced and jad stale smell. I went down to reception and the receptionist (Meadow i think was her name) volunteered to come up and clean it herself. I asked for another room and she was so helpful and kind to put me in a upgraded room. The rest of my stay here was enjoyable. Thank you Meadow, much appreciated. "

"Parking so easy. Service at reception wonderful. Room amazing with a view over the waterway, so relaxing to sit and watch the activities below. Quiet, beautifully clean, comfy bed, a perfect night. I booked last minute online due to the hotel I was staying in the first night being so bad I had to shift. What a delight to be in this one, safe, clean and a great nights rest. "

Please don't be put off by the external bathroom - it is via a short covered walkway & very well fitted out - made us both grin at 0200hrs - not an incovenience at all! if only we could have stayed longer!"
