4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in middle of quiet neighborhood.

Single story 2300 Square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a large fenced in back yard. A full kitchen allows for homemade meals and morning pancakes on the griddle. It's great for a family coming to visit OKC!

Our home features 2 queen size beds, a queen size air mattress, and 2 twin beds. There is also a crib size mattress, pack and play, noise machine and baby monitors available. Enjoy a few indoor and outdoor games/toys we have out for your use! One full closet with some hangers is available, and a clothing rack with hangers are provided for you. There is also one humidifier than may be used.

Close to all things in OKC with almost everything within a 20 minute drive and right down the street from the Turnpike. Walmart is less than a mile away for food or necessities, and the airport is 20 minutes away!

Awesome place to stay!

This home had plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Toys for my nephew to play with and the large fenced yard was private. Great communication with owners as my mother had locked us out! This is a safe neighborhood with great neighbors. Walmart is a 2 min drive. Many restaurants and activities fir the whole family with in 20 min drive or closer. Beds were comfortable as well. Oh, we saw lots of birds and wild rabbits in the back yard.

Praise and Productive Feedback

First, communication with Tim (property owner) was outstanding, from the first message and throughout my stay. Couldn't have been more responsive. The house is a decent size in a great neighborhood, and there are quite a few stores, gas stations, and places to eat located conveniently nearby. I did have a couple constructive feedback items: 1. Television(s). Only one small tv located in the family room. Not really conducive to a night of family viewing (very minor issue though) 2. New(er) microwave 3. Cleanliness of sinks and showers in the bathroom (especially master bath). We're not "OCD clean" but the Mrs did have to go in and scrub down these things down before using. 4. Overall impression of the residence was good, but because of the condition of some of the walls, it did have a feel of a house that was newly bought and under ongoing renovation. With all that said, the price was unbeatable, the neighborhood was great/safe, and the customer service/responsiveness from Tim makes this a worthy rental.
