Five bedrooms with multiple patios for the evenings or morning coffees. Large laundry room and an open dining and living area. Just minutes from Lake Hefner and less than 1mi to the highway, you can't get a safer, nicer, more convenient area. In the heart of the best part of OKC! 15 min from the Fairgrounds!

All one story. Large 2 car garage! Fenced in private backyard and front and back patios as well. 3 King beds in 3 of the bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk beds in the 5th bedroom are Queen size!

The property is all yours!

Beautiful safe street in the heart of the Village near Lake Hefner. Extremely walkable and convenient to all highways. No through traffic. Literally the perfect location.

2. NO smoking is allowed inside or through any open door or window. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoke smell is detected.
3. There will be a $100 late checkout fee every 30 minutes for all late checkouts not previously approved by Verde Rentals LLC.
