We have stayed here before and this property has gone downhill. The hand towels were dirty, the cloth shower curtain did not have a liner and there was NO HOT WATER for our showers! When we arrived to check in, the front desk was empty, moments later we realized the front desk agent was asleep in the lobby!(It was 10:30pm)

Went into our first room and the beds weren't made and it had not been cleaned. Went back down got a new room and beds were made, but bathroom floors were discusting with hair and not clean.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights to visit family. The shower door in the bathroom was unable to close properly and the hot water was not working. I called the front desk to address these issues and was told someone from maintenance would come by. The fixed the hot water and told us a part was needed for the door which should be fixed the next day. No one came the following day. I spoke with a manager the next morning and was given a credit. I just wished the room wasn’t provided to us and it not being working order. The property was fine but the beds was uncomfortable.
