It would have been an all around 5 stars and the staff was amazing as well. The only reason I’m rating low for service (after the stay) is there is an extra $300 that was taken out by them that I am having the hardest time trying to resolve. Part of it I still haven’t tracked down to what the charge even is, the other part says it was refunded to a card I don’t even own. This has been a big headache

My family and I were not satisfied by our stay at the Marriott. First, the pool being closed was a major disappointment for our children. Second, the hotel room air conditioner didn’t keep the room at a comfortable temperature, there was a roach in the bathroom. Lastly, we were not able to connect the two rooms we booked side by side together. We specifically booked the hotel to be able to take our kids to the pool during Mother’s Day weekend.
