Pet policy: only dogs are allowed on the property. Please notify us at the time of reservation and pay a pet fee of $45 per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
Parking: You can park in the driveway in the backyard, one car is available, street parking is unavailable
Backyard: The backyard is primarily for parking.
Climate Control: The property features a central HVAC system managed by the owner, set at 70 degrees. For temperature adjustments, kindly reach out to us.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are available for bookings of 30 days or more.
Noise potential: Please be considerate and lower your noise level after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. We have two other units on the property, so there is a possibility of noise disturbance.
