Budget-Friendly Stay: Clean, cozy 1-bedroom or studio with private entrance, bathroom, and compact kitchen. Rates from $40–$60/night—more affordable than a motel.
Older Property Notice: This is an older home with limited kitchen amenities. There is no oven or luxury extras (e.g. wine, airport pickup, high-end amenities).

Important Info
Assigned Parking Only: Use the designated spot marked “B” at the rear of the property. Please do not block the driveway. If the spot is taken, park on the street overnight and we’ll follow up in the morning.
Backyard Use: The backyard is for parking only—not recreation.
Climate Control: The unit has a mini-split system with a remote. Please keep temperatures between 69°F (summer) and 75°F (winter) to prevent pipe issues.
Washer/Dryer: Available only for stays of 30+ nights.
Quiet Hours: Please lower your volume after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests—there are 3 other units on the property.
Fireplace: Decorative only—please do not use.
