"We wanted to enjoy a weekend in Carlton Landing and all it has to offer without overspending for a two-night lake getaway. This guest house was small, but just right for what we needed. There’s no oven/stove unit but they have an electric stove top appliance that allowed us to cook breakfast on. Short walk to the pool, food trucks, beach and other spots. The ladder was steep (as expected), but our 4 and 8 year old boys did okay with it."

"The location of the property is gorgeous. The landscaping is beautiful. It is perched on top of a hill, so be prepared for a climb from your car, but once you’ve made it the view is worth it. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony with a view to the lake."

"Really enjoyed staying at this amazing property. You drive into the woods on a remote gravel road and just about when you think, where are we going, you are there. A jewel sitting in the woods with a great view. A true get away that is quiet, peaceful, and secluded but close to town. Home is well maintained and clean. "We had a great stay at the Vegas townhome. The location is perfect and near anything you could want to do on the lake. The Vegas theme is cute and the unit was well appointed with anything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable as well. "The hotel is under major renovation and why it was a cheaper price. But our room was very clean, it was quiet and the Sunday morning breakfast was EXCELLENT. The pool is not open right now and basically only have a gym but you can't expect much with the reno. Reno not supposed to be done until Nov/Dec 2024 but we will stay again if in Tulsa before then. We highly recommend. "
