His staff was friendly and kindly went out of the way to bring a new Keurig machine when the one in the room didn't work. Lovely balcony. Beautiful neighborhood with all kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops to find unique treasures in. All in all a perfect southern stay. I look forward to returning in the future."

There are other reviews that had the same problems. Without internet, there was no tv either. There was not good service so our hot spots did not really work. Also, there is not a parking permit. They send instructions to park in the condo complex lot, but there are signs that say a permit is required and you will be towed. The...

"We visited family in Columbus and used this as a place to stay and work when not visiting. We had our dog with us. The apartment worked well for that. If you bring a dog, just know the walk to grass is a little long. Which was fine as long as we planned ahead. Vince was very nice and checked on us several times."
