"The room was clean and comfortable. I would have like to have had a coffee machine in the room. Coffee is available at the front desk when it opens at 7am. In the event you are an early riser like me you unfortunately have to wait which is annoying. As for the breakfast they provide its pop tarts, granola bars, yogurt and apple sauce packets. The breakfast is not enough to sustain you for a long period of time. Would be nice to have bagels and cream cheese, whole fruit, peanut butter and muffins. The soap was the size of a 50cent piece, would suggest the pump soap, shampoo and conditioner for a better experience. As I mentioned earlier the room was nice and comfortable. If all you’re looking is for a room this is truly your best bet."

"Traveled here with my children. The rooms looked like they were being updated. The ac was not on when we got in the room, but it cooled off quickly. They were clean. Beds were clean. I asked for a couple of extra towels for my daughter’s hair and that was a no go for them. 4 per room. Breakfast was as oddly delicious. The common area is small, but it was fine. I’d stay here rather than other hotels in delta."

"Was driving from Telluride to Montrose when the mudslide came and closed the road. Had terrible time trying to figure out how to get to Montrose. Called the hotel to see if I could cancel the reservation since I would have to reroute and drive thru mountains at nite. Was told since I booked thru Expedia that I couldn’t cancel. So we arrived at hotel much later than expected. The room was huge and it was clean. Breakfast was ok. We got there at 8:30am and they were out of items and only got 1 cup of coffee. Had to ask for ice from front desk and they were nice and gave us a nice size bag. Had nice pool but didn’t have time to use it. Would stay there again."

"The serene farmhouse was exactly as pictured and exceeded my expectations! It accommodated my family of four plus two aunts and grandparents, so eight total, very comfortably. In the 90plus degree weather we had all week, the AC kept the house very comfortable and my temperature-sensitive sister really appreciated that! We also appreciated the extra bedding and towels provided! We were visiting our cousins in Montrose most days, which was only 11 minutes away from the farmhouse, so it was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely book again if we come to visit again! Oh, and my kids loved thr barn cats!! Thank you so much for a great experience!"
