The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the music created such a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a fantastic day staying at this hotel with our family. We’re especially grateful for the friendly and attentive staff, the excellent attractions, the spotless rooms, and the overall comfort of the place. "Miguel was very nice, polite, and knowledgeable about Santa Fe. The swimming pool was well maintained, the food prepared by the staff was delicious and the room and facilities were well maintained. I would stay at the property again when I visit Santa Fe de Antioquia in the future. "

"I never write a review but this hotel needed one. The place was not well managed. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower did not work. The main problem is that I decided to take a weekend of rest at this place. Since we got there it had loud music the entire time, until 2:00am. We have three little kids and they couldn’t even fall asleep. After we complained at 11:00pm telling them the music is blasting and people are trying to sleep, they barely even turned it down. The food was good, but the rest of the environment was not family friendly mainly just a bar scene. Awful experience!!"
