A beautiful house near the beach

This detached house is located in Pittulongu, a residential area of ​​Olbia which develops entirely a few meters from the sea, and located near the enchanting beach of Mare Rocce.
Although located in a private context, the house is nevertheless not far from bars, restaurants, a bakery and a market.
Equipped with generous outdoor and indoor spaces, it can accommodate both families and groups of friends.

Nice location but no A/C

Nice little house which is close to the beach and restaurants. However it was listed as having A/C when in fact there is only a portable unit in the kitchen - it was not effective in keeping the house cool in late July. There is also a pleasant garden and patio.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Pittulongu. Der Strand war 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt erreichbar. Das Haus war ausreichend groß. Oberflächlich sauber. Küchenausstattung war eher rudimentär. Also man konnte was schneiden, kochen und essen, aber zB fehlten kleine Schüsseln für Cerealien, Nachtisch oder sonst was. Ansonsten bunte Mischung an Küchenausstattung. Waschmaschine war vorhanden, müsste aber mal gereinigt werden. Hoffe die Klamotten wurden sauberer als vorher ;) tolle Terrasse und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Betten waren bequem. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Der Toaster hat zwei mal die Sicherungen rausgehauen. Microwellenvorhanden. Leider sind die Anzeigen so abgenutzt, dass man experimentieren muss, bis man sie verstanden hat. Ofen und Herd haben gut funktioniert. Viele Mücken. Einige von uns wurden richtig zerstochen. Couch oder wie man diese Art Sitzgelegenheit nennt war sehr unbequem. Für Kinder ok. Für mich als Erwachsenen gar nicht. Einige Sitzgelegenheiten draußen laden nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein und müssten ausrangiert oder erneuert werden. Vermieterin war super erreichbar.
