The 60m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. From the elegantly furnished and covered terrace, which is shared with other guests, you can enjoy the view over the harbor with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The harbor is only about 120m away and can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are also several restaurants and a bar, which are within walking distance in a few minutes. Here you can enjoy freshly caught seafood and marvel at the colorful hustle and bustle along the fashionable marina. The nearest beach, Spaggia Rugardia, located in a small bay, is a 10-minute walk (750) away. The nearest supermarket is 400m from the accommodation and a 5-minute walk away. The church of San Lorenzo, 1km away, is also worth a visit. Olbia Airport is a 30-minute drive (21km) away.
