"Sehr kleine Wohnung, direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse gelegen. Verkehrslärm hält sich aufgrund gut isolierter Eingangstür und schmalem Fenster in Grenzen.Nach öffnen der Eingangstür steht man unmittelbar im Wohnraum bzw. der Küche. Das Schlafzimmer weist über dem Schrank nur ein "winziges" Fenster auf, das sich bei unserer Ankunft nicht öffnen ließ. Im Bad gibt es kein Fenster.Die Altstadt von Olbis ist bequem in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es Geschäfte und Restaurants. "

"Un accueil très chaleureux de Frédéricà avec de gentilles attentions.Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. L'extérieur est agréable , avec une douche e appréciable ! ( les ptits chiens à l étage au dessus sont plutôt pénibles c est dommages ). Stefano est un propriétaire sérieux et bienveillant pour ses locataires. La proximité des magasins , du port et d Olbia en font un logement très bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement !"
