The lady at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. We have a complimentary break fast in the morning and that was also very sweet, to start your day. While having breakfast in the morning the cleaning lady just passed you without even saying good morning or a pleasant smile and for that reason I couldn't leave her a tip. it's because of us that's why she have a job whether if she owns the place or if she is working there just doing a little could go far away, overall it's a very comfortable...

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. A few things surprised us though. Check-in was a text message, and there is no front desk. We didn't ever need any service or...

Though around 30 minutes away from the falls, the hotel was very clean, had very friendly front desk person and good breakfast

This place is located at a very quiet but within a walking distance of everything needed for you to stay. Except the Falls. Fall is a 15 minute ride (8 miles). The room was absolutely perfect for what I paid. The stairs and hallway can use a little upgrade of carpet but hey you are not sleeping in the hallway. Again rooms and bathrooms are up to the standard of any franchise hotel you may stay. The breakfast was awesome and plenty. No hot breakfast except Boiled eggs but plenty of other choices....
