Staff was wonderful, food great, bed really comfortable with nice bedding, location great. It needs to be updated. The carpet is old, the shower tiles are old showing age, cracking. There wasn’t a place to sit except at an 8 foot cafeteria table that was beat up, and this was an upgraded room. I get the concept, and love the idea, but it opened in 2009, just needs to be refreshed.

Best location!!! Room itself was dated and small but it was clean and fine for our needs. Staff was helpful and allowed early check in for $25 and late checkout plus baggage holding.

The room was nice and clean, everything I would expect for a relaxing stay. My only complaint is that their airport hotel shuttle doesn’t run past 10:00pm which was a huge inconvenience since my international flight came in slightly after 10:00p. The taxi charge to the hotel was a ridiculous $46! ...

Bed and shower were clean, if a bit worn. The rest of the room was very worn down with a broken hair dryer and the place is in desperate need of a refurbish. The girl who checked me in was the sweetest!
