The hallways reeked of marijuana. We will not be back. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and it was not nearly this bad. "

"I will like a refund of the room. I spoke to management and he said once I speak to you all then you would reach out to him about the full refund. I’m 99% sure the manager is lying but I wanted to let you know. I ordered a queen size bed for one night on 2-14 and received a twin size bed that didn’t even fit on the bed frame. I also have a very bad back that causes me to see a chiropractor, so a twin size bed fo two people isn’t ideal. I will like a full refund because I didn’t receive the queen size bed that was offered to me . I also have pictures if needed. We checked in pretty late and the office closed at 8 pm, so it was nobody I could get in touch with.i would like a full refund please."
