"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again. My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."

"A very warm welcome from the reception team, who remembered me from previous stays. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel immaculately clean, super lounge to relax in with a drink. Lovely sun terrace, pool and pool bar. There is a life guard on duty who also distributes luxury bathing towels. There is a gym and indoor pool for guests use. I stayed in room 250… Mariana who did my housekeeping is a credit to the housekeeping team, my room was immaculate every day and nothing was too much trouble for her."

"Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small breakfast people like us and don’t want it to be wasted, maybe be clear about what you want before it all starts to arrive."

"This was a great place near (walking distance from) the city town of Jerez. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and the front desk representative was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 stars was because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to input all our information and guest passport information which was a bit much since we were a large group and had rented two rooms prior to receiving the access codes. Since we were traveling and arrived there during a time that the front desk and front door was not open (mid-day) we were waiting outside with our luggage for a few hours. It will help if this information is requested a few days prior to arrival (even better prior to our travels) to avoid this lengthy process. But aside from this it is was excellent and we would return just with better preparation."
