"The place inside was basically perfect and I really appreciate the host attention to guest needs inside the facility. I would however, add at least 3x the lighting to the outside of the house. The soft yellow lights by the doors add zero to the safety factor. I would appreciate it if there was more than just 2 25/watt soft yellow lights lighting up the outside. I loved the location and cleanliness, but I would be nervous for others. I hope to visit you soon! "

"Excellent. The attention to detail was amazing. Penny should give a class to VRBO owners on the little things. My only complaint was going to be the pillow that was bigger than what I preferred. Funnily, the next morning, I found skinny pillow (that I liked) and medium pillows in the closet ready to go. So many little extras and attention to detail. Great host."

"When you travel ALL day, show up to your rental late evening (that you've never rented before) - all you want to do is unwind, relax, shower and hit the hay in a clean and comfortable space. Oh, we also had 2 young kids in tow. And that's exactly what we did!!! I cannot recommend this place enough. It was a wonderful space and exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Super clean, quaint, cozy, QUIET neighbors/street, beds comfy, all cookware needed and ample coffee (much appreciated by these 2 parents).
