"The Arya hotel, boasts a great facility and a great location. We loved the pool and having a kitchenette. The staff is sometimes slow to respond to request or there is no response at all. I would’ve liked to have had laundry facilities there, but that was not offered."

"By far the nastiest most unpleasantl experience for me. Room was dirty, water leaked all night from the ceiling vent, tub dirty with hair in it, toilet didn’t flush properly, cigarette holes in curtains, separating laminate floors with huge gaps, no towels, elevator didn’t work. All the staff said was SORRY. I will never stop at a Rodeway again. Terrible. You’ll do better sleeping in your car."

"VERY NICE PLACE AND LOCATION"

"We booked two rooms—one with two queens and one with a king. Upon arrival, the king room was apparently more of a suggestion than a guarantee, so we ended up with two rooms with two queen beds. We got there a bit early and decided to have lunch at the Collab. It’s a great-looking restaurant, and the food was good once it arrived, but the wait was long enough that we could’ve left, found another restaurant, eaten, and still beaten our original order back to the table. There was a private party going on, and it was pretty clear the staff was overwhelmed. They were very nice about it and comped the meal, which was appreciated, but not exactly the warm welcome you hope for. Once we got to the rooms, things didn’t improve much. The bathtub was dirty and appeared to be filled with pubic hair, which is not a detail anyone wants to confirm in person. The towel also had a stain that I made a conscious decision not to investigate. The overnight parking situation also deserves a mention. You can only park on one side of the garage on the third floor, and finding the entrance felt like a scavenger hunt with no clues. It drove my husband absolutely insane. Lastly, the pool situation is a bit misleading. The photos make it look like there are two pools, but the larger one is actually for the residences next door and not available to hotel guests. So technically there are two pools—you just can’t use the better one."

"The property of Mayfair House Hotel is beautiful with the lush greenery everywhere. The rooms are lacking storage, there is none - other then 5 small draws and 4 hangers. However poorly designed, there is plenty of space for storage, empty walls that could easily be filled in with dressers etc. This was a big problem. You do not expect to be living out of a suitcase at Michelin rated hotel. House keeping was very inconsistent, and needed to be called for towards the end of the day. The bar and restaurant was great, as well as location. "
