"My flight was cancelled due to Emergency in bahrain. Despite this the hotel refused to refund the amount for a room i didnt use. Pathetic"

"Check-in was smooth and excellent service at front desk by Ahmed. Though the request for change was accomodated, both the alternative rooms offered had some housekeeping/maintenance issues that was sorted out. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Good support at check-in by Ganesh and at check-out by Jimmy. Overall service was excellent, but property condition requires improvement."

"The hotel offers good value for the price and its location is good as you can walk to Old Dubai, which is great. The rooms are spacious, though they could be better maintained (mainly bathroom). Breakfast had options, but the quality wasn’t the best and not really to my taste. Overall, it’s a decent stay, but fairly average."
