"I highly recommend not booking your stay here. The lady that works the desk at night (annita) is so rude. I had a reservation set and didn't arrive until after midnight, which they knew I will be late because I called to inform them. Annita said someone else checked into my reservation, the said there was no reservation. I tried telling her that I was already charged. She was very rude and made inappropiate comments, one them being " what do you want me to do, kill myself?!". She was so unprofressional, and that commment was the last straw for me. I ended up driving another hr East on I84 and booking at the motel 6 in Bakers City. Way better experience. I'll never go back to this location again!"
