We had a fantastic time at this cabin. The views were spectacular. Getting to the cabin was an adventure, but we loved the seclusion of it. Cabin had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is providing little soaps for the showers. My friends that stayed in the upper floor said the shower floor was a little slick, but otherwise everything was great! We highly recommend this cabin. You won’t be disappointed!
We enjoyed our time at the Cabin. The views are stunning. The quietness and calmness of the mountain does wonders for the human batteries. We will be back for certain!
We stayed for Thanksgiving with our family. The cabin is terrific (although the drive in is VERY twisty-turn), and the views are truly stunning. Plus lots of aporites pi g pong games in the basemen
Cabin is beautiful & very clean! Absolutely stunning views from the rear deck & front of the property. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was well stocked, living area very cozy. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!
This home is absolutely gorgeous and the owners couldn’t be more helpful with details about our stay ! We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again if available when we are in the area!!
What an awesome experience to see the sunrise in your front yard and the sunset in the back. The beauty of the location, the amenities and comfort of this cabin and the many details the owners provide made this such a memorable vacation. Highly recommend you consider staying here!
My family had an amazing time soaking in a beautiful view in a spacious, comfortable cabin. We couldn’t get over the sunrises and sunsets while enjoying all the area has to offer. Plenty of room and all the amenities you need to recharge and feel like you’re sitting on the sky!
A beautiful ,clean, well constructed cabin with spectacular views and a front row seat to every sunset. It was the quiet, peaceful retreat I was looking for, on top of the mountain all by yourself.
Wonderful home and property with the most amazing views. The house was very clean, spacious, and equipped with all of the necessities including a lower level full of games. The location was perfect for us as we traveled the area.
We absolutely love Jack and Candace’s cabin! We have stayed here several times and it’s always amazing! Clean, comfy, has everything you need, the game room is always a hit, great communication, and the views are absolutely unbeatable!
Thanks again!!
Excellent stay with amazing views and a comfortable place to relax and recharge! The kitchen had everything we needed and was the perfect place for my husband and I traveling from California. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
The game room was also fun!
Spectacular views, I felt like we were flying above the clouds and have pictures to prove it. The cabin had every possible amenity, very clean and most comfortable throughout. Jack and Candace were the perfect hosts, very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
We stayed here for a few days and the house was perfect. The view is unparalleled. During our trip we experienced all types of weather and the house and area were perfect for both indoor and outdoor activities. No complaints and we would recommend for anyone looking to get away.
Had a wonderful getaway with family. The teens loved the game room downstairs and that they had their own space. The rest of the house was wonderful. Loved the decor and mountain views. Everything was in perfect working order, very functional kitchen including pots and pans.
Absolutely incredible views. Pictures don’t do it justice. Cabin was clean, well furnished and our kids really enjoyed all of the board games and the downstairs game room was a hit. Drive in and out of town (Old Fort/Black Mountain) was around 20/30 minutes, but didn’t bother us at all given all of the beautiful scenery and wildlife along the way. Owners were great hosts and we highly recommend
Six 60+ year olds who knew each other since Jr. High from all over the country meeting up to reminisce and share good times. Great proximity to Black Mountain and Asheville sites. Clean, comfortable, and a great view of the mountains.
Great cabin! The drive up was a bit nerve-wrecking but you couldn’t beat the view once you got up to the house! Not quite as updated as some other homes we’ve stayed in, but it was cozy and had everything we needed, it even included a high chair which was an unexpected plus! Would definitely stay again if in the area!
