"This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere. Cigarette butts were scattered near the door, and the entire night cigarette smoke filled the room. It was impossible to sleep or stay comfortably. The fan was extremely noisy. Terrible experience — not recommended at all."

We had an elderly family member staying alone for a day, and the staff went above and beyond, from a smooth check-in and escorting them to the room, to assisting with breakfast and lunch. They also helped with the luggage and arranged a taxi to Delhi T3, ensuring they were dropped right at the airline counter. It was incredibly reassuring to know they were in such caring hands.
