"Great hotel in Stratford. Very handy for shopping or events and close to all transport links. Great coffee shop in foyer. Rooms are comfy and a good night sleep is almost a guarantee - I’d love the pillows at home, but wifi is spotty in areas. If you use digital check in and departure you have no interaction or contact with staff which means that unless you have a request or a need to speak to them there is little customer interaction in this area. Detracts from customer experience but an efficient check in and check out experience so depends on your preferences. Price is very competitive with more budget hotels in the area depending on if events are on or not - I would stay here every time over premier inn or travel lodge given the price point, facilities etc. Toiletries in room are really good! Rooms are styled well. "
