"Had some issues to get into the property with the code, but once we got in, the room was amazing! Too bad they don’t have whatsapp to solve the issue, had to do it through email.
Didn’t get the breakfast because the guy had an accident, they told me they will be reimbursing that charge, we’ll see. Besides that, everything was great!"

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.
