Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.

The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. Evening reception with 2 free drinks? Yes please! The room had a separate living room/sitting area. The room was huge! Breakfast the next morning is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Embassy Suites has now spoiled me. I will look for them wherever we travel!

We were greeted by the kindest lady at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful has so much character. They have a nice little bar there and the bar manager was so nice we could have stayed there all night talking with her.

Great hotel, loved my stay. My only complaint is I stayed 4 nights and they only refreshed the room 1 time. And the body wash soap run out and was not changed during my 1 and only refresh.

The building is historic and is very unique and beautifully done. Both receptionist and the shuttle driver were very helpful. Walking distance from dozens of restaurants and shops in old Omaha! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
