"This was my 4'th time visiting the French Quarter. I didn't plan on spending much time in my hotel. Because: It's the French Quarter! However, I ended up spending a great deal more time in my hotel than I normally would have, and for all the right reasons. Everyone, from the valet who parked my car, to the receptionist, servers, bartenders, managers - unbelievable level of service. Claire (server in the Roux on Orleans restaurant) was excellent. "Relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area! Parking area is gated! Location is close enough to walk to the French Quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet! We love staying here overnight for a quick getaway!"

"Great place to stay and so convenient that we were sooooo close to Bourbon Street. Will recommend and would definitely stay again. Staff was great! We had an issue with our toilet and within 20 min they had maintenance come in and it was a fast fix. "

"This place was wonderful! The staff were so kind and helpful and always pleasant to chat with. The rooms were spacious and clean, and when we asked for extra things like towels, blankets, and pillows, they were very responsive and quick to provide. Its location off Canal Street was very convenient and Bourbon St and Royal St were easily walkable from the hotel. I greatly enjoyed my time at this hotel, and I will be sure to return!"
