Our property is conveniently located across the street from the beach, making it just a 2-3 minute walk to the shoreline. The Pier and downtown shops and restaurants are also within easy reach, only 0.3 miles away.
The suite is on the first floor (with one set of stairs) and is fully equipped with all the essentials for your stay. We provide linens, bedding, bath towels, and a fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, silverware, and more, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals during your visit.
For your convenience, self-check-in is available via a code, which will be provided in the Airbnb app under "Check-In Instructions" and emailed to you a few days before your arrival.

Please be informed that like most of the properties located on East Grand Avenue and near the beach, the unit is situated in close proximity to the train tracks. Trains pass by several times throughout the day and night, and the noise level can be quite high in Old Orchard. Some guests, particularly those with young children, have experienced difficulties with the noise, so we wanted to ensure you are aware in advance.
We do not provide beach toys or towels so please be sure to bring your own.
