Room was clean and staff very helpful. Nice ocean view from balcony since property is on the beach. Room was a little small, but that was not important since we (two of us) were out and about and just needed a comfortable place to sleep at night.

The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were attentive and helpful with my request. View was phenomenal! I would recommend just for that and the complementary laundry was an amazing bonus. The only downside is that its dated and we had a few things broken that needed repairs.

Excellent location just steps from powder sand beach. This end of Old Orchard Beach is more level than the other side of the pier. Had nice views of water from 2nd story. We had the 1 bedroom suite with separate living and dining. With mini fridge and Microwave Only negative was no plates or cutlery I definitely recommend

Rooms were very clean and they had very comfortable beds! The bathrooms are a bit tiny for anyone who’s claustrophobic otherwise the suites have a fair amount of room equipped with most things you would need. We also liked there was a front door and a slider on the other end of the room out to the pool/yard area. The property also had bbq grill on site, which was a bonus! We would definitely stay again 😊

Very clean room, housekeepers very friendly and helpful. The only negative we had was the bathroom being very small. Toilet and shower stall in same room was ok, but shower very small and hard to move around in. Having the other sink in bedroom was no problem. We would rate them excellent. Would recommend them and stay again.

The location is fantastic - right on the beach. There is also a nice, smaller, pool. The bed was comfortable too. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The property, though, is in serious need of a refurbishing. This is a 2 star property in a 5 star location. We wouldn’t stay here again, but we enjoyed the prime beachfront for sure.

The Inn is an older property, so expect it to be dated. However, it was very clean and provided what we needed for an overnight stay. It had a great view of the ocean from the balcony, which was nice. We stayed during a storm, it was very windy and rainy. So, we didn’t get to utilize the balcony as much as we hoped. It has direct beach access, which is nice. The room spacious with a separate living area, Bed was comfortable.
