Being the beach was just steps away was great. On the other hand the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. The cost per night was expensive but it was a good vacation for us having never been there before.

Had to walk three blocks to another hotel to check in and check out. After traveling over 300 miles on motorcycle in the rain i was ready to check in and get out of my wet gear walking three blocks in wet gear wasn't very convenient

This was our second year staying at sea view. Will be back. Rooms are clean and big. Good bed and pillows. Shower are good and kitchen is good. View is great and pool is great. Had heating problems have way is stay but still great pool. Close to down town and walk is good. Right on beach. Nice grills and tables outside.

The view from our room was great. Room clean. Bed were good. Ac could be updated but not bad. Shower heads were ok. Pool was great and had 3 nice grills. Next time we will bring food to cook instead of eating out. Would stay again. Ocean was still pretty could for end of June.

We didn't like the fact that we booked the room in advance for 2 nights and then were notified weeks later that that after the first night we would have to move out and into another room because it was overbooked somehow. It affected out morning activities that we had scheduled because we had to wait until the next room was ready before we could movie out of our other room but they also wanted us out of the original room so they could get it ready for the other people who apparently had the same room booked as us. Our television didn't work so we had to have maintenance come in 3 times to try to fix it. There were people in the next room to us hanging out on the porch blocking our way to get by and they were smoking up a storm so the entire porch stunk like cigarettes. As we tried to walk out of our room down the hallway, they didn't even attempt to move over so that we could get by or even attempt to move their cigarettes from hitting us as we tried to squeeze by. Parking was very tight as well. we had a difficult time finding a spot to park and then when we did, it was very difficult to get into. Lastly, when we went to get into bed (room 27) my sister felt either crumbs or sand in her bed under the covers. Other than that we liked the beach area.

I like the location of the property. I didn't like was the room I was asigned because it felt like i was in a basement and my view was the staircase. Also the toilet was running all week. The parking in the property was extremely tight.

We booked a suite which was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 children ages 8,11 and 13. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything just smelled bleach clean!!! Each bedroom had an air conditioner which is a must for us because no one can sleep when it’s hot! The water pressure in the shower was awesome. The pool and pool area was always kept clean. Staff was always present around the hotel area. The hotel location was absolutely perfect! The beach entrance was right there then a quick 5 minute walk down the street you have everything you need!! We will definitely be returning!

Clean comfortable & shared pool hot within hotels

The young man at check in was not informative, luckily ive stayed a few times with The Waves & knew a little of the area they serve. Room was clean & comfortable. I asked when boking online not to have the 3rd floor & they put us on 3rd floor. For 1 night it was fine. We cut our trip short (a week ahead of time) due to expected hurricane and The Waves as the company ownkng Seaview were SO great!. No extra charge! For all the positives, we'd stay at Seaview again. We did not use the pool as weather was cold, But it was very clean. Check out was quick & easy.

The 2 bedroom suite was nice with the kids. They shared a room and mom and dad got a room to themselves. The rooms were fairly clean but ketchup on the stovetop and food under the beds. Not as clean as I’d like to see. The kitchen is nice and modern and stocked with cooking essentials. The bathroom had a tub, but no plug to use it. Carpet in the majority of the place. In my opinion carpet is old and gross. Beds are not comfortable at all. But the set up is nice with a livingroom and 2 bedrooms. Overall nice stay but not anything fancy at all. There was quite the party scene going on outside when we were there.
