Seashell Cottages/JK Rentals - Cottage 4, 2 full beds, 1 twin

We are Seashell Cottages! We are located in the Heart of Old Orchard Beach just a few blocks off the main street that leads you to All that is OOB! On the property you will find amenities to suit your needs for a fun and relaxing vacation. We have gas grills and plenty of tables, chairs and sitting areas on the property as well. All units have a screened porch with chairs to relax on. We have an above ground pool, and gazebos to eat family dinners in! We also have a firepit if you want to build a fire and cook marshmallows! The walk to the pier and beach is about 3-5 minutes. That is where you will find all the action, late night bars, shops, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream, fried dough, arcade and rides! Everything to have a great stay without having to drive to get to anything.

We are also a 10 minute walk from the train station if you wanted to venture to Boston!

We are located close to the turnpike if you want to take day trips to Portland, Kittery Outlets, LL Bean, and much more!

Reminder- No pets, no smoking. 5 Minute walk to the beach. Beach towels not provided.
This is a cozy 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen that has a full size refrigerator, sink, hot plate to cook, with dishes and pots and pans for eating at home! Bed configuration is 2 full-sized beds and 1 twin. This unit is designed to sleep 5 people including children. We kindly ask that you honor our maximum capacity for sleeping. There is a kitchenette that has full-sized refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster and hot plate as well as dishes, pots and pans. Really- everything you need to have for a great vacation! All units have a screened porch with chairs to relax on and your own private propane fire pit in front of your cottage! We have an above ground pool, and gazebos to eat family dinners in! We also have a firepit if you want to build a fire and cook marshmallows! The walk to the pier and beach is about 3-5 minutes. That is where you will find all the action, late night bars, shops, restaurants, candy stores, ice cream, fried dough, arcade and rides! Everything to have a great stay without having to drive to get to anything.

Perfect location

My family‘s first trip to old Orchard Beach and I would have to say this was a perfect location. The cottage Was clean, private, and family friendly. It was a short walk to the pier. The process was quite easy, and the owners were Easily reachable and friendly.

Fantastic hospitality at Seashell Cottages

I had a wonderful stay with my husband, son, and parents. The property is so coastal cute and very well maintained. The pool was a nice retreat when taking a break from the beach. The property managers were very friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area (food, beach, shops, ice cream). Janet and Karen clearly take pride in their property. Megan went above and beyond in making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay, and my son was happy to follow around his new friend as she walked the property. The cottages are walkable to classic OOB attractions, including the beach, the Pier, Palace Playland, and lots of restaurants and shops. Would definitely book again!

Awesome Stay

Incredible property! So close to the action while being far enough. So get can easily walk to the beach while being far enough that you don’t get the night crowd at your doorstep. The property is well maintained and the owner are present on site to help with any issues. The rental unit was well equipped and we had no problem sleeping comfortably during our stay, 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool is a nice extra as you can cool down from the day at the beach. The only downsides is that your hear everything outside, the train is very present but that’s not the owner’s fault, we could have done a little research and bring earplugs and they’re shared amenities. We got woken up really early by other guests who took a very early morning coffee sitting right under our youngest window. Again, not the owner fault. Just bad decision making by those guests, among others. Do not hesitate to rent at sea shell cottages, we were a bit sad that we couldn’t already make a reservation for next summer !

We had a great time. Our cabin was clean, quiet and ocean themed. The outdoor shared space was comfortable. The outdoor pool looked clean, wish the weather was warmer while we were there. Only a couple minute walk to the ocean/pier. Will definitely return.
