Enjoy direct access to the beach path & quick 10-minute walk to the lively downtown with shops, dining, and entertainment. This charming 3-bedroom + sunroom retreat sleeps 10, featuring a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room, and a sunroom for extra space. Rare find: Parking for three cars included! Stay cool all summer with air conditioning in every bedroom and the main floor.

SATURDAY-SATURDAY weekly rental! July 4th flexibility with Friday check-in.

+ Entire house with 3 bedrooms upstairs. One king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk room (3 twin beds and a double/full size bed in bedroom). 2 twin stackable beds on attached sunroom. Total of 5 twins and 1 double.

+ Blackout blinds in all 3 bedrooms for your comfort.

+ Free wifi, smart TV, portable fans in each bedroom provided. 2 ceiling fans on main floor.

+ Desk on main floor for those looking to work or need space to use laptop.

+ Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee/tea machine, pots, pans, toaster, cutlery, blender etc.

+ New renovated kitchen with brand new appliances. Refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher.

+ Dishwasher soap, and paper towels included.

+ Basic spices, salt/pepper.

+ Newly renovated bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Double vanity sink.

+ Fresh all white linens, bath towels, hand and face towels provided.

+ Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, facial pads, and Q-Tips included.

+ Convenient “i forgot” basket.

+ We provide beach towels and some beach essentials, including a beach wagon and some chairs. Kids beach toys provided. Guests to bring their own sunscreen.

+ Includes 3 parking spots directly outside house. Street parking is free and first come first serve.

+ Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
