"The finding the lock box and not knowing my parking #8 space was mine would have helped and it was definitely difficult getting the lockbox open once I found it after trying all the ones on the deck but only one phone call did the trick"

"Great cabin with wonderful access to the beach. Beach is quiet, not crowded"

"We love our stay at this condo! It's a great size for our annual sister trip with a beautiful balcony looking at the ocean. We love being on the balcony looking of the bar and live music every afternoon and evening! The host responds quickly and was helpful finding other places to park! Thanks for a great stay!"

"Great place to stay and so close to the beach. Everything provided for a pleasant stay. Very cozy and just right for two people. Highly recommended."

"The setting on the ocean. The cleanliness of the place. The open layout, comfortable furniture, the windows everywhere. Another bonus was the elevator. Host was very responsive. "

"Place was perfect location to downtown but still quiet. Unit was clean and exactly as described."

"Great stay! Very comfortable house and walking distance to everything."

How about some 3" screws that hit the stud! Soft kitchen floor with hole (trip hazzard)Not a comfortable chair in the place. Pillows hard as a rock and beds very uncomfortable.Overall, your typical OOB rental. Only invest enough in the property to make it look good in pictures, sell the location and the beach...

"Very close to the beach, clean comfortable me and the dogs enjoyed our stay there"

"We were very happy with our stay here. House was clean and is in a nice location for visiting Saco, Kennebunkport and Portland. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,...
